We're seeking Marketing and Operations Interns to help you gain hands-on marketing and operations experience contributing to our superapp services (limited to 30 hours a week and 6 hours a day).
You will be responsible for
• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and brand awareness • Supporting the operations team with data analysis, process optimization, and service improvement initiatives • Conducting market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the industry • Creating and curating digital content across various marketing channels, including social media, email, and web • Analyzing operational performance and contributing to recommendations for improving service delivery • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in both marketing and operations to achieve business objectives
You might be a fit if you have
• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, operations management, or a related field • Have strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Can work independently and as part of a diverse, international team • Demonstrate a proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment • Are interested in technology, marketing, and operations within the service industry
