We're seeking a Key Account Manager in Trujillo, Peru, to lead and execute strategies for growing our ride-hailing business, drive growth, and make a tangible impact on the ground.
You will be responsible for
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the ride-hailing business using a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
• Translating high-level targets into actionable operational tasks and ensuring their execution (e.g., driver acquisition), demonstrating a deep understanding of the business's operational model
• Leading project management efforts, tracking milestones, and providing transparent status updates
• Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve partner solutions and strengthen relationships
