Yango Ads offers tech-driven advertising solutions for international and local business growth. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team in Brazil.
You will be responsible for
• Leading all aspects of negotiations through a consultative sales process and long-term business relationships • Identifying opportunities and setting up meetings with decision-makers in the e-commerce and retail sectors, maximizing our strengths in Brazil • Owning and leading negotiations, solidifying commercial agreements with senior executives on the client side • Collaborating with technical and account management teams to work with new and existing clients • Working cross-functionally, creatively leveraging internal resources to establish and handle new partnerships • Providing insights into local market needs, synthesizing customer feedback, and openly sharing it across teams • Representing Yango Ads at industry conferences and events, including participation in industry panels, while actively collaborating with the marketing team to strengthen our brand’s presence in the LATAM region
You might be a fit if you have
• Have a proven track record in business development • Have a background in advertising or digital marketing • Have a strong understanding of the e-commerce and retail market in Brazil • Are well-connected and can engage decision-makers at top companies • Have experience in professional client relationship management • Possess strong negotiation skills at the decision-maker level • Are a team player with the ability to work independently, multitask, and set priorities • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
