Business Development Manager (Chile)

Yango Ads offers tech-driven advertising solutions for international and local business growth. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team in Chile.
You will be responsible for
• Leading all aspects of negotiations through a consultative sales process and long-term business relationship • Recognizing opportunities and arranging meetings with decision-makers for e-commerce and retail clients, driving significant value for them and maximizing our strengths in the LATAM region • Owning and leading negotiations and solidifying commercial agreements with senior-level executives on the client side • Collaborating across teams: working with technical and account management teams with new and existing clients, and negotiating with the marketing team • Working cross-functionally, creatively utilizing our entire organization to handle new partnerships • Providing insights into local market needs, synthesizing customer feedback, and openly sharing it across teams • Representing Yango Ads at industry conferences and events, including participation in industry panels, while collaborating with the marketing team to strengthen our brand’s position in the LATAM region
You might be a fit if you have
• Have a proven track record in business development • Possess a background in advertising or digital marketing • Have a good understanding of the e-commerce and retail market in Chile and LATAM • Know top players and can reach out to their decision-makers • Are experienced in professional client relationship management • Have negotiation skills you can apply at the decision-maker level • Are a strong team player, can work independently, multitask, and set priorities • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
