Yango Ads offers tech-driven advertising solutions for international and local business growth. Currently, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of the ad network for monetization of the app audience.
You will be responsible for
• Identifying and supporting partnerships: recognizing high-value opportunities with mobile publishers and providing insights to optimize their monetization strategies • Leading engagement and negotiations: managing publisher relationships through a consultative sales approach, negotiating, and securing commercial agreements with senior executives • Collaborating across teams: working with marketing and product teams to align regional activities with Yango’s strategic goals and contributing to cross-functional projects • Representing Yango externally: showcasing Yango at industry events, conferences, and panels to strengthen partnerships and build brand visibility

• Strong team player skills with the ability to work independently • 3+ years of experience working with app developers • A solid understanding of major IT trends • The ability to think strategically • Exceptional communication skills • Fluent spoken and written English
