Join Yango as a Hub Expert in La Paz, Bolivia! You will provide technical support to drivers, conduct interviews, and participate in various projects. Spanish and English proficiency required.
You will be responsible for
• Providing offline support to drivers (issues with the app: installation, configuration and first steps, timely issue resolution, full technical support for current and potential drivers, answers to driver questions related to operations)
• Organizing and conducting interviews/surveys
• Participating in various company projects
• Reporting to the hub manager
