We are seeking an Operations Specialist for Yango Delivery to manage courier acquisition, optimize logistics operations, and make data-driven decisions to enhance warehouse and last-mile efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for
• Managing courier acquisition and relationships with courier companies
• Creating effective operational flows in courier acquisition, planning, support, and fleet and partner relations management
• Making data-driven decisions for more accurate, efficient, safe, and optimal warehouse and last-mile operations
• Monitoring key metrics of all courier companies
• Maximizing the efficiency of all business procedures
• Ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
You might be a fit if you have
• Have experience with last mile logistics and express operations
• Possess a structured mind and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Are deadline-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities
• Are able to and have the desire to build
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have basic technology awareness
• Have knowledge of SQL (preferred)
