Yango Delivery is looking for a Sales Specialist to join us in Dakar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales KPIs, developing business relationships, and coordinating new projects.
You will be responsible for
• Seeking out new sales opportunities through regular client visits and online engagements
• Ensuring sales and account management objectives are achieved on a consistent basis
• Managing the sales process in CRM
• Preparing and presenting regular reports to the line manager detailing progress compared to KPIs
• Managing client accounts to ensure maximum delivery volumes and revenue
• Staying connected to clients and the ever-changing market to assess new opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
• Developing a thorough understanding of client needs in the market
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
You might be a fit if you have
• Have proven experience as a sales specialist or in a similar role
• Are proficient in English, French, and Wolof
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Possess hands-on experience with CRM software
• Thoroughly understand selling and negotiating techniques
• Are a fast learner and have a passion for sales
• Are self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Are able to deliver attractive presentations
