We're seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee vehicle-related operations, from purchasing new vehicles to supervising drivers. This role ensures efficient and effective fleet management within the company.
You will be responsible for
• Executing fleet activities, including supporting partners, conducting negotiations, coordinating scouts, and testing various fleet partner sourcing methods
• Supporting the process of sourcing and delivering new vehicles to partners
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful operations of fleet partners
• Working with the fleet HQ team to find development opportunities for partners
• Liaising with fleet partners on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for operations improvement, and helping improve operations by leveraging the fleet team’s know-how
• Supporting the key metrics of partners and working with them on improving the metrics
You might be a fit if you have
• Have at least 2 years of experience in business development and an acute business sense
• Have 5+ years overall professional experience
• Are fluent in English
• Are an entrepreneur at heart who is not afraid of challenges and a constantly changing scenario of operations
• Are great with numbers and are able to match numbers with context
• Have easy communication skills for both high-level meetings and field work (like meeting suppliers and external partners)
• Have previous experience in the auto business, vehicle sales, vehicle maintenance (preferred)
