Trips – Feedback about rider
The rider was rude to me (annoying, disrespectful, harsh, unfriendly, insulting, etc.)
As all service providers know, users come in all kinds of moods and temperaments. If you can diffuse the situation, please do. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to support to report the particular order. If a service violation has occurred, the user will be blocked.
I drove to the pickup point, and the rider canceled
We operate on trust, and users who continuously cancel trips may be blocked from the service.
Payments – Bonus not received
Why has my money (guaranteed bonus) been deducted?
Our systems and algorithms automatically check all your trips. If any possible instances of fraud are detected, your bonuses for that day will be deducted. If that turns out not to be the case, they will be automatically refunded if anything was deducted.
How the bonus system works
I have completed a certain number of rides but still have not received my bonus. – Please check that you have fulfilled all of the promo's conditions. If you are confident that you have met all the terms, please report this through the support chat in the Taximeter app. We will respond as soon as possible.
Getting requests – No requests
I have been online for a while and still haven’t received any orders 
You may be experiencing GPS issues. We recommend doing the following: clear your phone's cache, check the GPS, then log in to the application again. Please also ensure that you always have the latest version of the app.
I am unable to receive orders/my account is restricted
You may have a negative balance. If that's the case, you will need to top up to start receiving orders again. Please contact your partner regarding topping up your account.

Trips – Fare review – Cash Payment – Rider Didn’t Pay
The rider didn’t pay me (in full or in part)
Unfortunately, cash orders can't be refunded. Please report the particular order in the Taximeter app, and the user's history will be checked to see if they comply with service standards. We will take the necessary steps to ensure the user(s) does/do not engage in similar actions in the future.
